Hilltop Bench with Back
All Hilltop Series products have been outdoor tested in the extremes of icy northern winters to the intense heat of the southwest to the salt air of the oceans. The machine perforated 14-gauge steel seats and backs have a smooth UV-stabilized vinyl coating bonded to the steel that is impervious to both bad weather and rough use. Water drains through and the coating keeps the seat and tops from corroding and getting too hot in the sun.
Fabrication:
Frame: Steel tubing with welded studs for mounting the seat and back. This bench has 3 mounting options. 1) For portability, a “T” leg with a rectangular tube steel base welded to the upright for stability. 2) For surface mounting, an 8” dia. x 1/4" thick steel plate with mounting holes, welded to the upright. 3) For in-ground mounting, an extended support tube for anchoring in concrete. The frame members are primed and dipped in U.V. stabilized PVC making them totally sealed against the elements with a colorful finish.
Seat: Perforated steel sheet formed to create a seat that allows liquids to drain and allows see through visibility (security). An angle iron support is welded to the bottom of the seat for mounting and is then primed and dipped in U.V. stabilized PVC.

Seat/Back: 14 ga. perforated steel sheet. Perforated with 3/8” dia. holes on 3/4" centers.
Finish: U.V. stabilized PVC.
